Blocked my account
They blocked my account and now not responding to my mails and after visiting there office they still not have unblocked my account poor service
Late arrival of the taxi
Most of the time they come so late and to the wrong place or the driver cancels the ride if the place is a little far.
Uber
I used uber service a few times for the last 3 months and their service is not getting any better.fares however are cheaper but services and app are not satisfying... Their app dosent allow to book multliple cabs and for someone else either...their drivers arrive late mostly and most of the times driver would just accept the ride and then cancel it without informing you... And sometimes when you would contact the driver for ETA they would just tell the ride is far away thy cant come and would ask you to cancel the ride instead so they wont get charged for canceling..
UBER EQUATES SHODDY SERVICE
Booking and waiting for a ride with Uber is tension building especially if you are in a hurry to reach somewhere. Once you get a ride the drivers lack basic mannerisms and are poorly trained. Knowledge of routes is poor and cannot even follow basic GPS instructions. Rates are low and i guess you get what you pay for. Shoddy service. Need to buck up and get better people by vetting their drivers
Not impressed with the service
Drivers lack professionalism. I took a ride and was waiting for pick up, driver for unable to find the location and was told that cannot come to the location due to not being local. Gps map is given to drivers for this purpose only that they can easily find the location so that is just not acceptable.
