Mocciani new arrival substandard product
Hey everyone ! I wouldnt have done a negative review of mocciani since it was one of my favorite brands but not anymore ..i bought a pair of shoes from new arrival in march for 17000rs and just wore it once for my event and it broke that day later i went to their packages mall branch and asked them to replace it instead of repairing it ...they give me a whole bunch of crap about company policies and gave me a receipt for follow up...Compant acted smart they gave me date since you if you have a complain within a month of buying date it has a different value ...they lingered on ...bought time for themselves...nobody from mocciani called or gave me any update during that time...later they delivered product to my home...today i wore it for the third time since i bought it and its in even worse condition tha before repairing...i would like to say if you wana spend hefty sum of money go buy Aldo,julke, lark n finchetc because there customer services and product quality is much better and they do give a shit about customer...mocciani is jusst looting i would like to call it vulgar ...and to mocciani: shame on you for wasting my money
