Hi. Today i went for lunch to Loafology with my family from 1430-1545 hours. It wasn’t quite an experience, i was expecting being an old customer. First of al there were a lot of flies inside the restaurant. Second, me and my daughter ordered crispy chicken burger. After 15 minutes of taking order, the waiter comes back and tells us that it was not available. So then i asked him if shredded beef is available and it wasn’t too. So i had to remake my choices. Since lunch was already late, so my daughter asked for a coffee to be served. It took whole 30 mins plus me approaching the counter for manager to get us a coffee. I also asked the manager if everything was ok cuz Loafology didn’t seem to be the Loafology we visited over the years. The owners must look into these issues and address them.
